Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for next-gen tech (FDA, FCC, ISO 20700)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
