Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product architectures
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Develop comprehensive market analyses for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams
