Responsibilities

- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen technologies with client business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with technological evolution
- Develop proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, spatial internet, autonomous systems)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging startups
- Present technology foresight reports to global stakeholders using immersive visualization tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, scenario modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience with innovation management frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, TRIZ)
