- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual funding
- Author 'Horizon Reports' forecasting market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Mentor 8-person innovation squad using agile methodologies and design thinking
- Drive sustainability integration in all innovation pipelines aligning with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining technologies or business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent practical experience
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 50+ executive presentations to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into commercial outcomes
