- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation of futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with revenue growth targets
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic innovation credential
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech ventures
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive and investor audiences
