- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks and technology maturity models
- Drive innovation workshops with internal and external thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends with proven track record of commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong network within venture capital, startups, and research institutions
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, PESTLE)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
