Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred

- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products from research concepts
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI forecasting and budget allocation
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
