- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, CTO Academy) a plus
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/solutions
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean)
