Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong network within venture capital and academic innovation ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals across disciplines
