Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 horizons, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology maturity assessments to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, neurotech, or Web3
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable KPIs and commercialization pathways
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (VCs, startups, academia)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
