Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with clear adoption milestones
- Conduct horizon scanning and impact analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with business goals
- Create executive-level briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and innovation ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to the Innovation Council and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (preferred)
