Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and track ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
