Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate disruptive innovations
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to explore next-gen applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futurecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management a plus
