Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with market disruption timelines
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Pioneer industry standards for next-gen cybersecurity and data sovereignty protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies
