Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive tech opportunities across AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Develop implementation frameworks for quantum computing in enterprise solutions
- Partner with product teams to create patent-pending innovations
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Author thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethical frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Experience securing government/VC funding for R&D projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
