- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological strategy into corporate vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental initiatives with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
