Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum software stacks
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing curriculum development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, or quantum cryptography

- Published record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or major conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
