- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Strategy; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their market implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM) highly valued
