Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects from concept to implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor technology strategies and identify differentiation opportunities
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
