- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/reward analysis
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on revenue and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through technology transition planning and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical technology implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain, and next-gen AI architectures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts to business value
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (e.g., IEEE, HBR articles)
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
