Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI and quantum systems

- Drive innovation sprints for sustainable tech solutions (carbon-negative computing)
- Monitor emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized AI, synthetic biology)
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with academic and industrial leaders
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurist researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at FAANG or top-tier research labs
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
