Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
