Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across product portfolios
- Conduct technology feasibility studies and ROI analysis for high-impact innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our FutureTech incubator
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Author thought leadership on technology futures for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of emerging tech commercialization (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep knowledge of Gartner Hype Cycle and technology adoption frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and $1M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
