- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology scouting networks and vendor partnerships
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
