Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee R&D initiatives with a focus on sustainable and ethical innovation frameworks
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains to build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects from ideation to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, regulatory landscapes, and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
