Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-5 year technology foresight framework identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio including incubation projects and strategic partnerships
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
