Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neurotech
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with venture capital funding and technology commercialization
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong public speaking skills with experience addressing global tech forums
