- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with tech incubators and academic research labs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Build and mentor a high-performing future technologies task force
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep knowledge of Web4.0, AGI frameworks, and decentralized infrastructure
