Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption strategy across quantum computing, AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with ROI impact modeling
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with vendor partnerships and pilot programs
- Champion ethical AI development and sustainable tech integration
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing legacy systems for 2026 compatibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3/blockchain
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) preferred
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with documented outcomes
