Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a long-term technology vision that aligns with business goals.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to ensure our products remain market leaders.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for future-proof solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think critically about future trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and enterprise-level software design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels.
