Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prototype innovative solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, AI)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Strong background in product development lifecycle
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI)
