Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and their commercial viability post-2025
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future technology applications
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development for future-focused initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation investments and track ROI on emerging tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech capabilities into revenue streams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
