Responsibilities

- Lead open-source quantum software initiatives and contribute to industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with quantum focus
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or complexity theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance models
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to practical implementations
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
