Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends across AI, quantum, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state architectures
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and disruption scenario analyses
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial pipelines
- Build relationships with academic institutions and startup incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
