Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3.0) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, whitepapers, TED talks)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
