Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging fields
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 50+
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, generative AI
- Secured $10M+ in Series A+ funding
- Fluency in Python/C++ and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
