Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, R&D management, or a similar high-level technical role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI trends and the trajectory toward Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and quantum supremacy.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts 3-5 years in advance and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
