Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap, aligning emerging trends with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Establish a forward-looking technical vision that drives innovation across all product lines.
- Oversee R&D initiatives and assess the viability of experimental technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, Web3 protocols, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 5 years in advance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
