Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Quantum computing solutions into core business workflows.
- Strategic Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities and risks.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology division.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the execution of PoCs for emerging technologies to validate their viability before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technical leadership, systems architecture, or strategic planning roles, with a specific focus on emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and Quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
