Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups and patents for potential acquisition or integration.
- Mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction while delivering new feature sets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that have resulted in significant business growth.
- Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance standards.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
