Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including Quantum Leap computing, Generative AI, and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams to prioritize R&D initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders with high-level business acumen.
- Drive the adoption of scalable, future-proof architectures within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or high-level technical leadership in a Fortune 500 or Tier-1 tech environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Quantum computing principles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative tech products or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
