Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical and strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with product, engineering, and marketing teams to foster a culture of innovation and foresight.
- Oversee the pilot and integration of future-proof technologies, ensuring scalability and security.
- Present strategic insights and roadmaps to the executive board and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of long-term technology initiatives and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizon) with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and diverse technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
