Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term technology goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor and assess emerging tech stacks to determine their viability for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, resilient systems that can withstand the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide engineering and product teams through complex transitions, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of future projects.
- Budget and Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of capital for R&D and infrastructure projects with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, translating future trends into business value.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all future-tech initiatives adhere to strict ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, systems architecture, or product management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technology strategies (3+ years out).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and data governance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence cross-departmental initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
