- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-proof solutions that scale for global markets.
- Assess risks and technical feasibility of novel technologies, ensuring robust implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions and roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Planning, with a focus on future tech.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives or setting long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a clear and compelling 2026 vision.
- Relevant advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
