- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D partnerships with leading universities and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies through pilot programs and market validation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
