Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) into our core product lines.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies that will define the competitive landscape in the coming years.
- Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards for future tech deployment and data governance.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical leadership team.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors to secure budget and resources for future initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching long-term tech initiatives and managing complex roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MS in Computer Science, or related field).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing engineering teams.
