Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for 2026, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 technologies to forecast their impact on our industry by 2026.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Risk & Readiness Assessment: Identify potential technological risks and compliance challenges associated with future tech implementations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or futurism.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI architectures, machine learning lifecycles, and next-gen computing paradigms relevant to 2026.
- Forecasting Skills: Demonstrated ability to predict industry trends and translate them into business strategy.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-level teams and managing complex change management processes.
