Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging trends (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to identify strategic opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to ensure our products are future-proof and scalable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Management: Drive a culture of innovation within the organization, fostering creativity and risk-taking in the pursuit of long-term goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor landscapes to ensure our technological trajectory remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or executive consulting with a focus on long-term trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define and execute multi-year strategic plans with a clear focus on futuristic technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including AI, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain.
