Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including AGI, Space Exploration, and Decentralized Systems, to forecast industry shifts.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to determine their viability for core business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technological risks and regulatory challenges associated with future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a strategic planning or technical leadership role within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to think critically about the next 3-5 years and anticipate how technology will evolve.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current tech stacks and emerging fields like Quantum Computing or Neural Networks.
