Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI deployment and responsible technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
